Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pluggi Shop is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product or another item, please indicate this in your request.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as evidence.
In these cases, Pluggi Shop will cover the cost of return shipping or offer a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
